ALTHOUGH YOUR REGISTRATION AND ACTIVATION WILL MAKE YOUR INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU GET SEARCHED AND PICKED BY STUDENTS, WHICH TOTALLY DEPENDS ON THE PREFERENCES OF STUDENTS. THE CONTENTS IN THIS TERMS AND CONDITION PAGE WILL BE ADDED AND/OR MODIFIED BY US WITHOUT NOTIFICATION AFTER YOUR ACTIVATION WHENEVER WE FIND WE NEED TO DO SO. Please read all the information below. All the items in this section are REQUIRED and should be filled in. We, Study-NYC, will make this information available to the Internet users who are looking for their English tutors, but only after the activation by the registrant. When the users use our system and search for prospevtive tutors based on their preferences, our system will use your information given in this section as searching factors in order to provide a resulting list of possible tutors who might meet their preferences. Though any Internet user can conduct the search, only registered member can apply for a tutor in our database. Extra Information: All the items in this section are OPTIONAL and will be made PUBLIC. Please read all the information below. All the items in this section are OPTIONAL. We, Study-NYC, will make this information available to the Internet users who are looking for their English tutors, but only after the activation by the registrant. When the users use our system and search for prospevtive tutors based on their preferences, our system will use your "Searching Factors" described above in order to provide a resulting list of possible tutors who might meet their preferences. The information given in this section will be shown only when a prospective student clicks your name in the resulting list of tutors. Though any Internet user can conduct the search, only registered member can apply for a tutor in our database. Pictures: Your submission of a picture means you allow us to modify the picture to fit it into our format. Please read all the information below. If you choose to submit a picture, the picture will be subject to the same condition and privacy policy described in the previous section of 'Extra Information'. IN ADDITION, your submission of the picture automatically means that you allow us, Study-NYC, to digitally resize, trim and modify the picture in order to fit it into our format.
