Q. What if a student didn't show up for the first lesson ?

A. We introduce a student to you only when we got an application from the student for your lesson and only when we are actually able to contact the student. We understand there IS still possibility that either a teacher or student could change his/her mind at the last minute, or for some reason, doesn't show up. In that case, you should send an email to the student and to us. If the student doesn't reply to either of us, the referral fee will basically be credited for that of next student or opted to be refunded. Please also note that an arrangement for the first tutorial is basically made by you and a student. Don't forget we'll also be happy to make an arrangement if there is any difficulty in doing that for either you or a student.

Q. Why do teachers have to pay money ?

A. First of all, that's our business. We intoroduce students to tutors/teachers and they pay the referral fee to us. Second of all, tutors/teachers will be paid for the lesson from students, which would recover their investment soon depending on the per-hour lesson fee. This would be true only if the teachers are enthusiastic and the students likes them. Most importantly, we've found that teachers and students get serious when they pay in advance, and this would prevent them from not showing up on the first lesson.
