The students will search for a prospective teacher/tutor through our system specifying their preferences, and get a result which lists prospective teachers/tutors. If a student picks up and clicks one of the teachers/tutors in the list, he/she can check the detailed information.

Our service, InfoTeacher, is basically introducing you, prospective tutors/teachers, to the student who picked you up from the list. To become a tutor:

• You don't necessarily need credentials in English education
• You don't necessarily need to explain detailed English grammar

AFTER successful signing up with InfoTeacher, you need to REGISTER your detailed information, so prospective students could find you on-line in our database. Your information will not show up in search results or listings unless you register.

1. Click the button bellow, and an registration form should show up in a new window. Carefully follow the instruction on the form, and submit it.
2. On receiving your registaration form, we will compile a web-page that describes you, which will be seen by the students. We will notify you by email when your page is ready.
3. When you receive the notification email, please carefully check your page either by clicking the link in the message or by logging-in to the InfoTeacher here and clicking the [Manage Listing] and "GO" button.

   You should see your listing information consisting of your name, URL and other items. Click the URL which is linked to your information page and make sure if all the information is correct.

   Should you find any error in your page, please contact us as soon as possible by replying the notification email you received.
4. Click [Log Out of Account] to log-out.
5. Congratulations!! You are done with the REGISTRATION and ready to get searched by students.
6. Now, please go back to the PREPARATION section.

Thank you for registering with InfoTeacher. Here below is important advice and tips you should keep in mind before meeting with a student. Please make sure you read this before arranging or meeting with a student.

• WE, STUDY-NYC (INFOMINE NETWORKS), ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL, MONEY MATTER/TROUBLE OR PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A TUTOR/TEACHER AND A STUDENT. Please always try to be nice to a student for a good relationship.
• Although your signing up and registration will make your information available to prospective students, we can NOT guarantee that you get searched and picked up by students, which totally depends on the preferences of students.
• If you have any problem or difficulty in arranging the first meeting with a student, don't hesitate to ask us for any help using Comment Form.
• Shoud you, for some reason, didn't like the student after the first meeting, let us know as soon as possible. We'll let the student know on your behalf. We'll also notify you if the student didn't like you.
• We strongly recommend you to arrange meeting with a student in a public place such as a coffee shop, fast-food shop, universities, libraries and so on. Dont' invite or be invited to a private room for your safety.
• If you understand and agree on the description above, please go back to the PREPARATION section.

1. Students first browse teacher information web-pages in our database, then pick up one of you, and apply for the lesson.
2. When we receive an application for your lesson, we'll send you a lesson request by email with the requested day of the week, time and place of the lesson.
3. Let us know your availability for the lesson as soon as possible by responding to the email. Even if you're NOT available on the requested day, time or place, you still have a chance to negotiate, so don't give up :-) Let us know the alternatives of your convenience in the message if any.
4. On confirmation of your response, we'll notify you of the student's name and email address. No referral fee any more!! It's FREE to get a student!
5. Now you are free to directly contact the student. Please send the student your greetings and arrange the first meeting. Please let us know ASAP if you couldn't contact the student using the email address we provided.

   NOTE

   You should be paid for your first lesson in cash during the class. After that, you could tell the student how you'd like to get paid. You may prefer to use PayPal

  If you chose to use PPC feature, your account balance, avarage cost per day and estimated days of account depletion will be shown here.
• [Manage Listings]
  

  You can modify your description which students will first see in the resulting search list , and pick up one of the tutors/teachers. Thus, this description would be important factor to be piced up.

  In addition, if you chose to use PPC feature, you can set your bid here either. You can have you listed top among your competitors just by clicking "Top Bid Checked Listings" button. If you don't want ot use PPC, you should set 0.00 in the Bid field.

• [Edit Info]
  This is where you can update your account information. Please keep it fresh.
• [Search Bids]
  If you're using the PPC feature, you can check all of your competitor's bids as well as the popularity of your listing group. You should specify your keyword you're being listed with, which is shown in [Manage Listings] menu above.
• [Stat]
  You can check how many times you got searched and clicked by students in specified period. If you chose to use PPC feature, the avarage cost information will be shown with the dates and periods.
• [Payment]
  

  Please start any payment transaction from this menu so we could be notified of your payment without any extra delay. Please follow the steps in Payment Instruction. You can also create an account with PayPal during the first payment process through this menu.

  For those who chose to use PPC feature, we won't deduct or charge beyond the budget you deposit here. When your account balance is depleted, your bidding will just get invalid automatically and you won't get ranked high in search results.

• [Affiliates]
  THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM HAS NOT STARTED YET. When it started, you can make money just by referring your friends to this page and have them registered as a tutor/teacher. You will get a certain rate of the amount of the referral's first deposit. However, the actual specification and rule of the program has not been published yet. We will let you know as soon as we started this program.
